AC Odyssey Birds Of A Feather Quest Walkthrough and Clue Locations
The Birds of a Feather quest in Assassin's Creed Odyssey kicks off Xenia's memorable pirate treasure hunt storyline. Navigating through the initial set of maps can prove tricky since Xenia hands over three distinct clues, but only one leads to the actual item. Understanding how to filter out false directions saves valuable time while exploring Ancient Greece.
Starting the Quest and Examining the Maps
To begin the mission, speak with Xenia on the Pirate Islands to receive three distinct treasure maps. Players must analyze each map to decipher which location holds the authentic Golden Feather of Ajax. Examining the detailed landmark sketches helps pinpoint the correct destination near Attika.
While two of the maps serve as misdirection, players can bypass unnecessary travel by heading directly west of Attika. The true destination centers around the Isle of Salamis. Taking time to verify landmarks before setting sail keeps your journey smooth and efficient.
Investigating the Lighthouse of the Father of Ajax
Upon arriving at the Isle of Salamis, head toward the southern coastline to locate the Lighthouse of the Father of Ajax. Near the structure, inspect the cloth-covered pot to uncover initial clues about the missing relic. Speaking with the nearby lighthouse keeper reveals that bandits recently stole the golden artifact.
The keeper directs players toward the center of the island, where the thieves established their hideout. This conversation updates your quest objectives and marks the subterranean destination. Preparing your weapons before diving into the vault ensures you are ready for combat.
Clearing the Mycenaean Tomb of Ajax
Travel to the middle of the island to locate the Mycenaean Tomb of Ajax, an underground vault guarded by hostiles. Infiltrate the tomb and defeat the bandit squad guarding the inner chambers. Searching the corpse of the bandit leader yields the sought-after Golden Feather of Ajax.
Once the item is secured in your inventory, return to Xenia to complete the objective and claim your rewards. Finishing this quest unlocks subsequent steps in her overarching treasure line. Mastering these clue locations ensures seamless progression through one of Odyssey's finest side storylines.
